The service was a bit of a mixed bag too, with some helpful staff but also instances of rudeness from other guests. The location worked well for visiting a friend at Stoke Mandeville Hospital but had some disappointments too. The dining options left much to be desired, leading us to seek breakfast elsewhere due to a lackluster experience. However, the hotel had unique smoked meats available, which was a plus. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
